The website is updating to remove the offer but it may be that you have requested a goody bag before this has happened - if we haven't been able to send you a goody bag we will send you something! Mummy says 'promise'.
Secondly for all of our free items we say it takes 28 days for delivery so try as we may there is a chance we won't send out your parcel tomorrow. Mummy has only got 10 fingers after all and there are lots of addresses to put in. You know what though? If you haven't heard from us you have every right to email us with a big stick and I will make sure Sluggy does not chase it either (he is one of our GSD's!) and we'll chase it up!

PS Thank you very much Fraz_babe - there is just Mummy, Daddy, Grandma and Grandad here working hard to get everything out to you - oh and two beautiful girls both full of colds ... and fast asleep right now!

Hope colds get better soon and don't work too hard!!!!! Sounds like you all deserve a good Christmas break!!!!!!!!!! Bluebell (niece's labradoodle) loves your treats - missed this promotion but will help her (niece not dog) make up similar (for dog, not niece).

No big sticks - I'm sure everyone will understand and be patient.
