Can you freeze meatloaf?

Hello everyone.

Ive got a couple of recipes for meatloaf that I want to try and I am planning to do some batch cooking over Christmas, and I was wondering if it is possible to freeze meatloaf (whole or sliced).

Any ideas?

    Hi yeah you can freeze it whole or sliced, depends how much you plan to use at a time.

    I use a meatloaf recipe from here, Queenies meatloaf, and that freezes beautifully. I've only ever frozen it whole, but I see no reason why it wouldn't be just as successful in slices, which would be a good idea if you wanted, for example, single portions.
    You never get a second chance to make a first impression.

    I guess if you can find a big enough freezer and he don't mind you doin' it! :-)
