Hi all
Yesterday I bought a lovely dress for £24.99 from H&M, today I have seen that there is a 20% discount when you sign up to the newsletter. Do you think it is ok for me to take the dress back then re-buy it with my voucher? More to the point, will they let me? Or do I have to sneakily do it?
What a wuss hey, lol
Bye for now! :j

No, it's not wrong to. I was in fact advised to do this by a H&M sales assisstant in the summer. I had forgotten my voucher, and I was worried if I left the clothes and returned with voucher, I wouldn't get everything I wanted. So was told to buy it all now, and then come back with voucher, return goods and buy again. I did this and it worked, got no hassle or anything. However be careful that you return the stuff and have it credited to your account, or get the cash back. I 'rebought' all the items plus a couple more, but at the till, they did an exchange rather than a refund, and I only got the 20% on the extra items (didn't notice till I got home and really could not be bothered to buy it three times...). To cut a long story short, just go for it, but make sure it's a refund and buy again, not an exchange.
Sorry for the novel

Thanks!! I would have thought it was ok but wondered if they were funny about it.
I do like a bargain, being a size 10 and I can fit into the childrens clothes - no VAT(!!) and got myself a nice warm winter coat for a fiver! Well - technically a tenner and a bit of luck. The coat should have been £25 but was on special offer at £15, the woman at the till got mixed up and thought it was £15 off then I had a gift card with £5 on it and paid the rest cash.
