This is sweet!

I have a Logitech webcam that's only about one and a half years old but already it seems incapable of doing the job. So I figure that because my Eye Toy has a USB connector (and that Sony have probably used someone elses technology and rehoused it) that it can be used as a webcam. I WAS RIGHT!! It's not often I'm told.

I really wish I could say I did this on my own but I got help from a clever Norwegian.

There are a couple of things on the instructions where he assumes you know how to do something but if you're like my brother who in computer terms doesn't know his !!!!!! (sorry!) from his elbow then just ask.

Remember though - Eye Toys have been selling by the bucket load so there must be people out there who could benefit from this information.

ALSO, we found out (by mistake) that the Eye Toy has a build in microphone so there is no need to buy a separate one to use on SKYPE or Win Messenger.

I think that has covered everything.
