CCJ error

Last year Asset Link obtained a CCJ against my husband and I. We have since realised that there were errors in the calculation of the amount owed. Can we do anything about this through the courts? Can we appeal against the amount owed this late, not the CCJ, just the total amount owed?

Yes you will need to file an N244 "notice of application", you can then challenge the amount owed, and ask the court for either a variation, or to have the original Judgement set aside.

although you will have to demonstrate good cause for challenging it so late.
 It’s hard enough remembering my opinions - without remembering my reasons for them
