Stuck with a Kodak 6000 camera dock from Empire?

Hello.

If you ordered the Kodak DX6440 digital camera and Kodak 6000series camera dock from Empire but only got the dock (as I did), there is an alternative and better camera available.

I have just found the newer Kodak DX7440 on Amazon for £129.99 (recently reduced from £149.99). I have checked on the Kodak website and the 6000series dock is compatible with the DX7440 camera. Check for yourself here: http://!!!!!!.com/b2p1

I know it is dearer than the original camera from Empire, but if like me, you wanted the camera to keep for yourself, then this is a pretty good deal too. I have had a good look round and I have not found this camera cheaper elsewhere. Please check yourself before purchasing.

Hello.

I ordered from the Empire sale ??? at about 1130 Sunday morning and got my confirmation at 1240 the same day.

I used the 30% off code and was quoted at the checkout as getting the free jacket. Both of these were mentioned on my confirmation email.

My order was dropped off today (left by the courier in my paper recycling bin). All I got was the dock, no jacket and no 30% off.

Ah well, the dock is still quite a good price, especially now that I have found a camera to go with it.
