I'm not very happy with Barratts and I won't be ordering from them again. Over a week ago I ordered a pair of shoes. Waited for the money to come out of my account- nothing happened. Received an email today telling me that I had ordered the last pair and that someone had decided that they weren't good enough for me so I wasn't going to get them?!
Since when do shops decide that someone can't have something, isn't it my choice to have them sent to me and return them if I think they're not good enough. My husband said he thinks they just don't have them! :mad:
