Quick look shows that there is a Tourist Info Office in Gretna, but I'm not sure if they have the Winter White goodie bag... Here are the details of the Gretna T I Office (which does say it's run by Visit Scotland Dumfries & Galloway!):

thought I'd bump this up, they were advertising it on the radio yesterday saying if you enquire about outdoor winter activities in Scotland they're giving the goody bags away. First I've actually heard about it other than this site! Suggests they've still got plenty or have ordered in new stocks, but they'll probably go fast now they're publicising it.

I finally got one in Edinburgh over the New Year.

It contained a packet of parsnip crisps, which I have to say were the worst thing I have ever eaten. It also contained some mint sweets which OH says were delicious, I couldn't have them due to being diabetic. It also had a porridge/cereal bar that my friend ate and said it was delicious.

I got a small sample of washing up liquid and body lotion out of it that I haven't used yet. It is worth noting that it comes in a sturdy, white cardboard bag complete with ribbon that could easily be reused.
