GHD - Online Purchase

Please be careful when ordering GHD's via the GHDUK site (Exclusive Brands Company). I placed an order for GHD with next day delivery. I waited and nothing was received. I since have received an email to say that delivery has been delayed. Call their customer service centre (Glasgow) and was placed at 30 in their queue. Held for ages. Spoke to customer services (ha ha) they cannot g'tee delivery before Christmas!
I asked for a refund and was told yeh, don't worry you will get your money back.
