  • I have one of these and they are an excellent juicer, I think they were a Which? best buy. Don't worry AWT's picture is only on the box it comes in not on the juicer. :D

I got one of these on Sunday in Tesco's for £39.87 was displayed as 'reduced to £59.99' but went through the till at £39.87 - 86p VAT refund and a £5.00 electrical voucher in one of their leaflets so got it for £34.11 and you're right it is a great juicer.

I clicked on the picture in the OP post and it took me to a ' Sorry, the page you were trying to access is not available' page. Would have been a good offer too.

This isn't a professional juicer and if anyone bought one for £99 they were seen coming. Professional juicers actually "masticate" and squeeze to get the juice out. This one has a rotating mesh a bit like a fine grater. The juice you get tends to be full of fine bubbles and pith, and the method doesn't get nearly as much juice out as a proper one. You also end up with loads of annoying shaped pieces to clean and a load of waste.

Unfortunately you get what you pay for in the world of juicers:

I agree Patp that it is not really a professional juicer but it is far better than the awful Tesco model that I had before and at £34.11 which it cost me, it is worth it. I would love one of the proper 'professional' ones but they are too expensive for me. Maybe in the January Sales!

Now £26.99 as there is 10% off at Empire. Also, delivery is free and still in time for Christmas at the moment.

Is it only me, or are the juicers different?!!, the 1st post is clearly labelled as an Anthony Worrel Proff Juicer, the next link is for a Breville juicer, are they the same thing?
No one said it was gonna be easy!

They're the same thing! It is made by Breville but promoted by AWT.
