    A great find OP, thank you, managed to get Bench wallet and belt but Play mixed up my order for the hat and scarf set and sent a toy crossbow instead..
    It looks as though they want me to pay postage to return it.

    They should refund you for the postage once they've processed it, although you have to pay initially. It's only fair if it's their mistake.

    I'm in a similar position with Amazon at the mo, returning a faulty book. They've already sent the replacement, and said that they will refund my postage costs after I return it. Can't fault them at all for customer service, but then I've never had a problem with Play either.

    An update, they have credited half the postage cost mmm.
    I've emailed requesting the other £1.40.
