Today's spending £7.20 on a prescription and £5 on two health magazines and some short grain brown rice for rice pudding. :rolleyes:

I've just had the best idea .. I think maybe now is the right time to get a rescue cat again. I've seen one online whose name is Fox!

I have e-mailed ... and am dying to hear back. Already posting on the Pets board as my 'parenting skills' are rather out of date! Do you think it's OK to get a cat for company when Mr. FF leaves? It's not the wrong reason or the wrong time?

I think it's very ok to get a cat for company. You will be giving a cat a loving home as well and can include him in your posts (pictures of him in funny outfits are optional ). I've never had a cat (got cornered by one once I kid you not) but my auntie had a rescue cat and they had a lovely bond
