Bank making it as hard as possible to get back in the black

I agree with the above poster. Tell us the name of the Bank so that others who use them are aware of their practices. Also I agree, set yourself up with a new bank account and swap all your salary payments and DD's to it.

Then pay off the overdraft at your leisure.

Slimeballs, go to a different bank at the end of the day you are their customer and they have not tried to help you or treated you with any kind of respect.

if you read what i said you will see that i never mentioned any money leaving the account and that my oh had never set them up in the first place. i also don't like you implying that my oh would lie to me
