Has anyone had recent experience of a courier company called senditquick.com ?

I'd rather not say, at least just yet, why I'm asking.

I have just used the parcel pickup and delivery services of www.senditquick.com and found their services to be very good.

Good communication at all stages, a tracking number, on time pickup and a good deal cheaper than Parcelforce wanted to charge me.

Their service used Parcelforce 24 and the parcel was collected and delivered in under 24 hours. You can't fault that for service.

Their web site was easy to use, the only single thing one could complain about was their 56p PayPal charge, but their price was £5 under the Parcelforce retail charge, so nothing to complain about really.

Had major issues with them, booked deliveries waited 2 days for them to pick them up I had NO answer!!! sent endless emails no replys!!!!

Happened to me before but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Will never use them again totally unprofessional.

Now I have angry customers who i promised goods to who now have to wait an extra 4 days!
