Urgent Help Needed Custard Turned To Egg!!!

hi everyone go on laugh i turned my custard all lumpy like egg!!
is there anything i can do to repair it b4 it goes cold????

Do you mean like scrambled egg?

If so, little you can do as it is actually scrambled egg. I'm afraid you had the heat too high. When making "real" egg custard, you need a very slow, gentle heat to avoid scrambling the eggs

Sounds like you have gone too far, next time, try whisking in a bowl above a pan of water, this keeps the heat off and gives you more time.

hi yes it is very much like scrambled egg !!!!
i tried it in a bowl of water but it seemed to take forever so i stuck it in a saucepan! still,i suppose i can try to make meringues now instead !!!! thanks all of you !,
