hello,
ive searched old threads but can anyone give me quick tips on melon balls in port?
how to soak etc.. do you do this once they are balls or before? will serve with parma ham.
Ive trawlled through old treads but keep getting side tracked on things i see!!

scoope out the balls first, place in dishes, pour the port over the top, and leave for an hour,sprinkle fresh chopped mint, enjoy x0
