hi i have used the codes before and i tried them again and i had an email back saying that i have used them before and it can be used by one customer at one time. so what details will i have to change to use them again like credit card details,?? etc

What code are you using? You may be able to use another similar code.

Otherwise different name / card should do the trick, I've used the same codes to various family members at the same address.

I've reused codes with different names and cards, yeah - could be a bit hit and miss I guess... but I've had no probs.

There are still £15 off and 10%-15% off codes still floating about maybe try those as a last resort.
