Mobile phones are exempt from the 30 day money back guantee (which still only applies to unused items anyway) so you won't be able to change it unless its faulty.Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards. Soreen Kierkegaard 1854.0

is it faulty : Is it not working properly because of a manufacturing defect? (i.e NOT something you have done to it!!)
If an item is faulty then you have a better chance of getting your money back. I was just trying to establish why you wanted to take it back...and why you had already exchanged it once....
If you have used it and just changed your mind it's unlikely anywhere will take it back.. Try CEX (computer exchange) on the high street, not web. They might give you a good price for it if it is in good condition.Good Enough Club member number 27(2) AND I got me a stalkee!
