If you have legal cover as part of your home insurance, is it possible to claim for mis-selling of an endownment? as its not an pre-existing problem?
No one said it was gonna be easy!

Hi there,
I may be missing the point here, but it doesn't cost anything to lodge a complaint for miss-selling.
Even if the complaint is rejected, it is free to appeal to the Ombudsman (FOS) to review the decision.Named after my cat, picture coming shortly0 -
If you take the legal route to make a complaint, you have to prove that the policy was mis-sold. This is different to the standard complaints proceedure where the company you are complaining about has to prove it wasnt mis-sold.
So, going down the legal route is a lot harder than the complaints proceedure.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
