I've been having the same problem - I'm 20p away from a £10 voucher and am only waiting for one of the two pending payments (totalling £1.75) to be transferred before claiming a voucher - but now I can't check as it won't let me log in!

I have had no surveys for the whole of January which is very unusual for me as I get about £10 a month from them so I emailed them last week but have not had a reply yet. Now I can't even log in. Wonder what happened to them.

i think towards the end of each month they do server updates etc which would probably explain not being able to log in - i thik that was the situation last month - december

I've received very few VO surveys this month and hardly qualified for any.
