I,ve emailed The Guardian and they are getting in touch with Robert Mondavi sponsors and have said they will sort it for me, as what they are offering is not what the prize was, so hopefully I can still go.
Anyway thaks so much for all the advice and well wishes, I will let you know the outcome as soon as they get in touch.:rolleyes:

I hope it all works out well. It must be awful to have such a great win and then receive information that changes it all and means you may not be able to go. Surely a big, reputable paper like the Guardian will make sure you get what they promised.Most recent wins: IPad, Jamie Magazine yearbook, Links of London friendship bracelet, Baumatic ice cream machine! :j0

Greatest city in the world in my opinion! I hope it all works out - get the Alcatraz tour booked when it does as the views back across the bay are well worth itAlmost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0
