I think they are both pretty similar. I am with Payplan - chose them simply because one of my creditors suggested them. I don't think there is a lot to choose from between them - both are free to clients and both seem to get things sorted!0

Thanks for the info

i thought payplan charged a fee in with your repayments?0

Payplan don't charge you anything for a DMP - check out their website. An IVA might be different though.0

I've been with Payplan almost 2 years and I have to say I've wondered about their service. They sorted out my DMP but my main gripe with them is communication. You're never able to get through to them immediately - you always have to call and leave voicemails and they call back (never straightaway) and emails to them don't always get responses  . Not good if you're desperate to hear some answers/advice immediately. They also don't tell you what's happening - which I guess for some people, no news is good news, but I like to keep informed otherwise you could be lulled into a false sense of security.
Other than that, they're fine!!

I used CCCS and found them very helpful. They are very good at replying to any communications prompt and efficiently.0

CCCS are VERY GOOD! and great on the phone!
They have a new online service now that you can have full control over your DMP.
