Boots Parenting club vouchers

Hello,

I've subscribed to this club and got quite a few vouchers in the post, after chaising them over the phone. Now, I am trying to use these vouchers in Boots stores (for example, half-price children's medicine coupon) and the tills just don't recognise it. I have to go through a lot of embarassement trying to explain that I didn't make these vouchers using my printer at home! Staff seem ignorant of this club or mailings and the machines certainly don't want to know. Also, they sent me offers for "freebies" such as Avent welcome pack but 4 out of 5 stores don't stock it or have run out already. It's a bit disappointing considering the reputation and presence of Boots the Chemists in the high street. Did anyone have the same problem or is it just my luck?

just keep pushing, ive never had this problem though with the coupons from parenting club. go to a reaLLY BIG BOOTS THOUGH, ESP ONE WITH A SPECIAL BABY SECTION CAUSE THEN THERE ARE loads OF AVENT AND HUGGIES GIFT SETS.

I think you maybe having problems because there are other offers on at the moment in that range.

I got one for a free No7 item. And I tried to redeem it before christmas when the bag offer was going on. And I was told that it could not be done because there was another offer running. I got the bag and the No7 cream for free after a supervisor came over and overrode the system and the SA.

I also redeemed the soltan voucher on sunday. That had just come off Bogoff. Also on tuesday I redeemed the one for a free item from the Mediterranean range no problems.

Just keep trying and if you still get problems then ask to see a supervisor. They sent the vouchers so you have a right to use them.

I suscribed to that too and the vouchers they sent me were crap. When i signed up the offer was for a free number 7 item and i never recieved this voucher so i emailed boots and months later am still waiting for a reply.

phone them, they're really helpful on the phone and its prob cause the internet application went funny (they had a lot of demand) at worst just lie and say you're less than 28wks pregnant now and get the book of treats now.

I emailed them a complaint - they phoned me a few days later and gave me 750 points to apologize.
