Daily Mail Free Holly Trees

These free (£14.99 p+p) holly trees arrived today. They don't look anywhere near as good as the picture of a tall stick with a ball of holly at the top. I have a stalk with a few leaves at the top couldn't be described as a ball by any stretch of the imagination.
I've had plants from the D. Mail before and have had to plant them to get the desired result. I feel that I've been conned as I can hardly grow something on with Christmas a week away. These were advertised as ready to display.
Anyone else got them? Are you pleased or peeved?

Mine arrived today from Guernsey but they are not holly trees !!!! They have substituted them with other trees which I do not really want and they have sent £5 voucher off any future order. The trees do not look good although it does tell you that on a leaflet but they are still NOT HOLLY TREES
The company is Thompson and Morgan and the telephone number supplied to me by the Daily Mail is 087011260120
