£4 on salad stuff and baking potatoes for tea, we usually go the the chippie on a Friday but I am eating healthy( so is DH by default) so saved money and calories. £8 on a book, that was a treat for me, I managed to keep out of the other shops.0

I ordered 200 slimfasts in Tesco. Price was £86 on BOGOF, a saving of £86 on their usual price or £26 vrs the price of ASDA's own brand (a total net saving of £38 including petrol to get to far away ASDA).
I also got some very funny looks free of charge, but Slimfasts have an 11 month shelf life and DD has 4 or 5 a week.

I had to spend £11.70 at Post Office sending an Ebay parcel International Recorded Delivery to Washington, USA.
Then went to Makro and spent £50.40 on groceries for the next week. Bulk cat food, bulk tins of HP beans (DH takes them to work for his snacks) milk (to keep DH going whilst I am in bonny Scotland) bread, a cheese & onion quiche, 2 bags of Aunty Betty oven chips (for him to cook whilst I am away)1KG spreadable butter, joint of pork, some salad stuff, other bits and bobs.
ps. Almost forgot! When I went to library to take back two books, found they were over-due and got stung for 66p fine  (again!)~What you send out comes back to thee thricefold!~~0
