I too have council tax arrears paying £183 a month and crippling me. after this months payment i'll only have one payment left so will be able to breath slightly easier.

My own council tax arrears (from 5 years ago but they only told me 4 months back :mad: ) will be gone in 3 months time after offering to pay them £120 a month over and above my usual Council Tax of £100 a month.
I'll certainly be doing the tango when that's paid off as it was totally unexpected and has ruined the budget I had for paying off my credit cards.Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!0
