Compact Digital camera with mpeg4 video capture

I have a DV cam corder and a SLR digital camera. I wanted to get a new compact digital and want to get one with video (mpeg4) I'd like it to use SD cards as these are cheap.

I understand 47mins of full motion video on mpeg4 will fill a 1G SD card and now that 2G SD cards are around £60 I thought it might be worth looking.

I want a 5mp or higher sensor, with x3 or better optical zoom, fast start up <2s and fast AF <1s, bracketing, custom WB, etc cost under £350, metal case, image stabliser would be good too, compact / pocket format I already have an an SLR.

Advice on models and retailers welcome! Went to dixons they showed me the Sony P-200 but Sony and Olympus take expensive memory not SD!
Seth.
