Who "owns" the moon?
No one, but ultimately it will be whoever has the biggest ray gun
I think it will be like Antartica, no one owns that, but I think it is "zoned" all can go there to explore, no doubt for a few more years the same will apply to moon, if you can get there you can stayNumerus non sum0
