CD WOW - Issue with WorldPay

not really sure if this is the correct place, but I reasoned that more peeps using CD Wow would come here rather than the CC Board

I sent this message to CD Wow this morning

WorldPay.

Tried to make a purchase this morning.
My Bank - First Direct has informed me that there is an "issue" with the Worldpay software - in that it changes the order of the security code - therefore the transaction is being flagged as declined!

How can this happen?
How do I get round it?
N.B. the bank has confirmed that they can "see" the declined transaction and confirm that there is no reason for it to fail.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I've had this happen 3 times over the past 2 months, but this is the first ocassion that I've contacted CD Wow.

thanks in advance (feel free to move to the "correct board")

    Well I've had a reply....

They know nothing about the issue and have offered to accept the order via telephone/fax....

No idea how that will "stop" the worldpay "problem"

Oh well, guess it's just me!

Thanks for all of your quick replies!
