Coldplay Refund

I've only just realised the Coldplay gig originally planned for the 18th has been re-scheduled! I've tried to ring customer services on 003 531 648 6060 but they are constantly engaged. I've sent an email requesting a refund, but not heard anything yet.

It says tickets can be refunded at point of sale and I bought mine online. Would I be able to take them to a Ticketmaster outlet for a refund??

Has anyone else had a refund? If so, how did you get refunded?

no you'll need to send them to Dublin as the local outlets are just agencies, it will also be worth paying the couple of extra quid with royal mail to make sure they're signed for, so they can't go missing, or at least if you do you may have some backup as to having sent them (without going into the likely possibility that the postman will sign for them himself and post them through the door blah blah blah)........

heres the bit from their website - I've returned tix a couple of times with no problem
To gain a refund on tickets for a cancelled or rescheduled event, tickets must be returned to the point of purchase by a secure method of post. Tickets purchased in person from a Ticketmaster ticket centre should be returned directly to the ticket centre for a refund. All other tickets should be returned to the following address by a secure method of post:

    Ticketmaster Customer Services
    Grafton House,
    70 Grafton Street,
    Dublin 2

you could try faxing them telling them you can't get through on their phone number
