    A task has been assessed as being a high risk - to reduce the risk measures must be put in place. This is to safeguard people's health, is this something you disapprove of?

    To the OP - what exactly does the risk assessment say?
    If the risk is still high you are perfectly entitled to ask how it is going to be reduced.
    The accident must be reported and recorded properly - this is a legal requirement.
