Minus inflation that seems reasonable but if you consider currency falls it would not be so good I guess.
Im not sure how these things are worked out in terms of buying power, Ive not noticed imported prices shoot up by 30% but going on holiday would certainly cost most0 -

Hmmm. I'm glad to be on a good tracker right now, but looks like it will be prudent to jump back to a mediumish-term fixed rate sometime soon.... but when?
Maybe in about 12 months time? When will banks be offering the best deal on a fixed again?0
