Hi,
Does anyone know if NEXT online has a special christmas returns policy? Am thinking of purchasing some gifts online but it says there is only a 10 day return policy. So if there isn't a policy I will have to leave the order until as late as possible. Alot of shops do extend the returns to January, just wondering if NEXT do...

No idea about online sorry, but I bought a top for my friend's daughter in a shop, and the gift receipt is valid until the 12th of January.0

Have just found out that usually items should be returned within 10 days, however, there is an exception during Christmas. Apparently you may return items ordered online for Christmas within 2 weeks of Christmas, provided they have not been worn and have the original labels attached.

this might be a stupid question but my mum has bought kids stuff and presuming they dont fit or whatever and you take it back after the sale are you just given the sale price back or the full price as its gift receipts shes got?0

Make sure you don't try to return stuff to Next on the first day of their sale, they won't let you do it as they are so busy. They will ask you to come back another day to get a refund, not sure about exchanges but I presume it'll be the same. They also have the fitting room closed so you can't try anything on, lots of customers got very annoyed about it but it was just mayhem in the sales when I worked there!!0

I bought an item online in July and returned it in October and the original amount was credited back to my account, I returned it with the original invoice.

Please can someone tell me whether the extended period for refunds applied to all receipts or do you specifically have to ask for a Christmas gift receipt? I have an item which is faulty that I need to return however I bought it five weeks ago. I stupidly didn't notice the fault until Christmas eve and realised there is a great big mark a few inches long along the bottom, looks like glue or something has been stuck to it. Tried to get another one online but they are all sold out.
At the bottom of my receipt it says Christmas gifts may be exchanged until the 12th January so I don't know if this will be good enough.

If its faulty you can get a refund, my wife had a faulty jacket that was 3 months old and she got a full refund0 -
The present is so far so good, no mention of a return to Next. However I did have to return some unwanted stuff to Dorothy Perkins, which wasn't a problem and I received a full refund (with receipt).0
