Goldentree Financial Services & Allied Surveyors. Any Overvaluation Issues?

Good Evening,
Paula Campbell runs the Rainbow Ark Animal Sanctuary and has alegedly fallen victim to a complex property fraud earlier this year.

She is at risk of losing the sanctuary, a haven for over 200 animals and children who visit there. And has already been in a court case against Golden Tree Asset Management.
The problem started when Paula's parents offered to sell some of their land to donate money to the sanctuary. Mr. Ian Frost, a representative of Andrew Craig Estate Agents, came to value land but apparantly he overvalued the property at over £350,000 and left her with a hefty loan to pay back.

Paula has since been informed that this "overvaluation" fraud is happening across the country and allows developers to step in and purchase property for next to nothing.
A claim has been filed for compensation against Allied Surveyors (with whom Andrew Craig Estate Agents has a franchise) and there is also an appeal with the Ombudsman, which should be nearing within approx 3 weeks for a provisional decision to be made. Paula is fearful they will also put in a claim for the sanctuary. But Paula also has evidence (which is in the process of being submitted to the Ombudsman) that shows that an employer of Andrew Craig's Estate Agents alegedly had connections with Golden Tree aswell.
Paula desperately needs anyone who has had their properties taken away because of financial arrangements with either Goldentree Financial Services Plc, Allied Surveyors Plc or Ian Frost to come forward immediately.
