iRiver H300 series MP3 player, is it the best?

Having looked at the hard drive MP3 players available, this looks like the best one. As well as playing all types of music, it has a colour screen and you can also use it as a portable plug in and go hard drive - so you can dump images from your digital camera onto it without needing a computer. Radio and built in mic too, so you can copy direct to the MP3 player with anything that has a headphone socket - even transfer old tapes and vinyl easily.
However, it comes in three varieties:
- the H320 lite (standard 20gb player) £229
- H320 (20gb player with extra battery pack, non LCD in-line remote and docking station) £279
- H340 (40gb player with extra battery pack, non LCD in-line remote and docking station) £329
Can anybody better these prices, recommend which of the three to get (is it worth another £50 for twice the memory - I could fill it, but then I could swaop stuff around) or suggest a better type of MP3 player. The radio is something i really want, that's why no i-pod, and this seems versatile for the money. Below is the amazon description of the lite package (what I'm probably going for).

PC mag in the USA suggests the IRiver H140 as the best (has FM)

also the Ria Carbon, Zen Micro and the Gmini 400.0 -
I've got the iriver h140 but I think they are being phased out for the H300 series. I don't think there is much difference, coloured screen apart. I've had no problems, the HD is made by Toshiba so it should last.
