Can I emigrate to Australia if i have been bankrupt?

i don't think you can as you need a bond of about 20-30k or enough to live on for a year if you can't find work

I don't think there is any restriction on you leaving the country. Is this going to be permanent or for a few years? If you are ever planning on returning you would need to keep up any payments to the Official Receiver. The only other problem you could face would be the restrictions that Oz put on people coming in. You need to be able to support yourself financially before they left you enter (by having a large sum of money behind you), so not sure how they would view your bankruptcy.
