Australia - Heart Terms and Conditions / Rules

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk apply to ‘Australia’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 15th December 2008 to Friday 19th December 2008 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart 106.2/ 106/ 100.7.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition

To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk and register their details. Online entry will open on Wednesday 10th December at 9am and close at 12pm on Thursday 18th December 2008.
Listeners will be encouraged to enter online for their chance to win. 1 entrant will be selected at random to play on Monday 15th Dec on Friday 12th Dec. This entrant will play on air until they get a question wrong in which case a new pre-registered entrant will be taken to air to continue playing. There will be 20 questions running across the week. One couple will come to air on the first day of contesting and they will be given the 4 questions to answer. If they answer all of those correctly, they will make it to the second day where they will be asked the next 4 questions. This will continue across the week. If an entrant answers a question incorrectly then a new entrant will be taken to air to continue where the last entrant stopped. Whichever entrant makes it to question 20 on the final day will be the winner of the trip to Australia.
Eligibility

Entrants/ winners must be over 18 to travel on the holiday to Australia.

So, theoretically, someone could come in for the final question, get it right and win a trip to Australia. Someone else could have got nineteen questions right, stumbled on the final one and got nothing
