I was approached by a company called Resorts Nationwide Inc. To sell my holiday time share for me. Has anyone else or can anyone give me some info on them. They are looking for a heafty up front payment before they sell for me.

The up-front payment isn't a good sign - if they were sure of selling it, they'd be asking for commission (after the sale).0
