    I am working to pay off my overdraft with Halifax at the moment, which is about £800 (Or will be before my wage goes in)

    I will not be able to pay this off prior to these changes coming in, and by my reckoning am in my overdraft for about 20-25 days out of the month. I will therefore go from paying no fees, just interest on the debit balance, to paying up to £25 in monthly fees.

    Sod that.

    I'm waiting until January then looking at changing my two current accounts to another bank who will value my custom more. Once my Moneyback payment goes through in February I will close that account and will soon look at moving over my cards and savings.

    I feel very strongly that the majority of us who try our best not to go into an unauthorised overdraft situation or incur charges are being penalised to subsidise the charges court case. :mad:
