Hi All,
l am writing to the dreaded moorcroft asking for a copy of the CCC but the account no. on their letter is their ref no. not the account no. from the original creditor, so on the request letter what ref no. do l use or doesnt it really matter? l only recently found out about this, its really helpful on here.
