Help, online order not arrived!

Hi, please move me if needed, not sure where to put ths one!

Order some tights for DD on 11 November from mylittlecorner.co.uk and was over the moon as I couldn't find these anywhere else and they match with her xmas outfit.
Anyway, paid with PayPal, money was taken from account and they have not arrived. I have sent an email and had no reply. Just sent another one now asking for date of dispatch etc but not holding out much hope of getting them now!!
Has anybody used them before or know where I can find the telephone number to ring??
Does anyone know if I am protected as I paid with PayPal and how do I go about getting my money back??
