You mention a bank charge. Has this happened before? It won't help in the short term but it's worth checking out the thread to claim your bank charges back.
You#re only £13 short now.. if you have 13 friends could you ask them all if they can lend you a pound? cheeky i know but deperate times x

The only other thing i can think of is maybe book some more holiday at work (if you have any left) so that you dont need to travel in.

The crisis loan seems a good idea.

However, I still can't understand how your DD's went out "early". They should go out the same time each month. You say you have another 3 weeks of getting to work before your next pay day...surely you counted on those DD's going out in that time?

Perhaps a budget in the future may be a good idea? In the meantime, see if you are eligible for that crisis loan or, as Cantcope suggested, see if you can borrow from friends.
