Nice shop worker bites back

My OH just phoned to say she's on the way back from work, cold and wet. She runs the garden centre for one of the big chains (she's done very well, moved up towards the top for the store) but told me a naughty story. she and her team have spent all day selling Christmas trees, getting out the ones the customer choses, net them up, carry them tothe car, and they are selling like hot cakes. A nice guy came in this morning, asked politely if she had any taller ones left, she apologies and said the tall ones were sold, and though obviously disappointed said don't worry, my fault for leaving it late. My wife whispered to him "Try XXX up the road, they might have some" to which he replied "No, I've tried there already, its by my house".
Later during the afternoon, a really rude couple gave her a hard time, "terrible quality trees, really is this the best you've got?". They went on and on and got quite personal, So she looked all sheepish, apologised and said "Why don't you go to XXX, they have some left. And don't believe them if they say they are sold out, they have pleanty in the warehouse, be insistent". Evil, but funny. They were VERY rude.
