When we were kids we didn't have a play house. We got some old long garden canes....some old sheets and made our own wigwams. When we were finished...back in the garden shed they went.

how about looking in your local paper someone may be selling on cheaper. or buy an old shed say 6X4 and paint it. then when your daughter out grown it , u can have a shed.
i took over my dads shed. i put net up at window and painted the wall. and i used to pretend it was a shop , so i'd collect all my mum's empty boxes of food and sell them in my shop. it was so much fun.
