D'oh! I had been trying this and it hadn't worked!

Thanks for this I was not a member of HDUK so while it was adding the items to my facebook account it didn't give me a code for Amazon. I just made an account with HDUK and then used it to go to my facebook account and lo and behold a code appeared!

I should have realised that I would need to be a member of HDUK and signed into my account but I didn't, lol!
