Shortly after the OP posted the link, the deal stopped working (as can be seen by the comments and the time they were posted). So, considering it wouldn't work, it seemed like a logical conclusion that it was a limited offer that had expired.

At least it helped people like me to know that it wasn't something I was doing wrong, and the deal had in fact been [temporarily] stopped. I, for one, was grateful to the poster for pointing this out. :T

Anyway, thanks OP for the link, just tried it again and got my voucher. :A
