Where/how can I obtain a collateral loan?

In order to pay off my expensive debt, I am considering few options - one being raising funds on some collateral such as Shares/Stocks. I am not sure of anyone that does this kind of loans. I would be happy if I can raise funds from mostly well-known banks (not loan sharks 
)
I would sincerely appreciate if someone can let me know if there are any companies/banks that does this kind of loan.
