1p Pink Christmas Tree

in It's gone, but was it any good?
Have done a search and couldn't find anything about this, but sorry if I am duplicating anything. Was in my local Tesco last night to buy two of the 3ft pink Christmas trees (sel £3.97) When scanning through, the assistant pointed out that they had gone through at 1p - we both wishes Mr T a merry Christmas :j and the woman behind me abandoned her husband in the queue to go and buy some for her grandchildren :rotfl: - there are black trees too!
Opened them this morning - really cute.

    I found one in my local and took it to the price checker for it to scan at £4. This was at around 5pm yesterday.

    I bought a couple, scanned at 1p.

    I took it to the hospital where my daughter is (complications in pregnancy) and it really cheered her up. She spent about an hour trimming it up and it was the first time she's smiled since being stuck in hospital.

    One of the nurses loved the tree so I've given her the other one for her daughter who isnt very well. So two happy young women and for the price of 2p!
