Do Tesco still take Sainsburys vouchers? (e.g. £3 off a £30 shop)???

I've done a quick search and couldn't find the answer but I was hoping someone could clarify whether Tescos still take the Sainsburys vouchers, the ones where it gives you money off a shop (e.g. £3 off a £30)?

I know they used to but not sure if their policies have changed as I haven't used vouchers for a few months now !

Just don't want to go in and look like a right wally if I hand them over ! :o

TIA xx

Thank you nikinackyloo  - going to pop down today and make sure I get the Saturday staff when I hand over my vouchers - our local got a bit funny about taking vouchers a while ago (hence why I haven't used any for a while) but I thought I'd give it a go again today ! ;):D

  • Anyone know if they take co-op as I have been sent one for £5 off of a £50 spend.
  • Does your co-op coupon have a barcode? I had one last week that was refused for not having a barcode-neither cashier nor supervisor knew how to process it.
  • You are right no code, thankyou saved me some embarrassment

I'm in Carlisle - so north - and used the Daily mail "save £10 on a £60 spend" today - I had first rung the 0845 number on top of a til receipt and checked that I could used.....and they had said yes, so when queried by the CA on presenting it I told her I had checked with customer services, she then calleda supervisor over who looked as if he was going to refuse til I said I had spoken with customer swervices and been told it could be used.....and then they took it..........I think you have to stand your ground quite firmly but nicely.
