7. One entrant shall win a trip for two to Australia. The winner and guest will fly to Melbourne from London Heathrow, spend two nights in a four star hotel based on a twin or double room on room only basis. The winner and guest will then fly from Melbourne to Darwin, where they will then travel onboard the MV Orion for 10 nights. They will have the opportunity to explore the Kimberley coastline of North Western Australia between Darwin and Broome. Accommodation onboard the MV Orion is based on a twin or double room on a full board basis.
The prize includes: return economy class flights from London Heathrow airport to Melbourne and flights from Melbourne to Darwin, to cultural tours and activities included as part of the package. Orion will also provide one night in a Melbourne hotel before the winner leaves Melbourne to fly back to the UK. Transfers to and from Airports in Australia are also included. The prize does not include guest room incidentals, optional tours and transportation for events not included in the itineraries; travel insurance, personal expenditure and incidental costs other than those stated. It is the responsibility of the prize-winner to ensure they have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip, although the prize provider will pay for both standard tourist visas. If the winner’s guest is under 18 they will require written parent/guardian consent.
All winners must have a full passport valid for six months or more from date of travel, and obtain any further documents required for travel (please note the promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to obtain such documents). There will be no alternative prize/cash sum for anyone who does not secure the necessary documentation and is unable to take the prize as a result thereof. Passengers will be required to sign and agree to Orion Expedition Cruises Passage terms and conditions and return a completed booking form.
8. The prize is valid for travel in late April 2009 only. The winner must travel on the cruise on May 2, 2009 from Darwin – Darwin. All elements of the prize, including travel, are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
